Worship has always been important at Hope Chapel. Though we know that “worship” is all of our lives, lived in obedience to God (Romans 12:1-2), still there is something wonderful and significant when the people of God come together to worship God corporately. We experience His manifest presence together, and we respond to Him in song and prayer.
We want to always sing the gospel of Jesus Christ in our worship services to remind ourselves and to tell others of His great Gift to us. We value hymns, rich in theology, which connect us to past generations of the church. We sing contemporary songs with other believers around the world. We sing scripture which encourages us and helps us hide God’s word in our hearts, and we sing new songs written by members of our congregation.
We want to be a people who come to God with open hearts, listening and obedient to His voice. There are times when we repent and lament corporately, and times when we dance and shout. We want to always come with thanksgiving to our Great God for who He is and for His great works, for the purpose of glorifying Jesus in all the earth.
Let the word of Christ dwell richly in you, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thanksgiving in your hearts to God.

“One thing I have asked of the Lord, that I shall seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord and to meditate in His temple.”
