  3. “Christmas in July” Friday & Saturday Performances at 7:30PM and Sunday Matinee at 2PM

Christmas in July is a lighthearted romp in a situation in which anything that can possibly go wrong will go wrong. In the end… well.. nothing really “comes together”. But from the chaos, the message, meaning and purpose to it all becomes clear.

This new musical comedy is written by Dennis O’Donnell and directed by Brie Tschoepe, assisted directed by Joe Friedman, and includes in its cast: Allison Fischer, Nance Friedman, R. Carnie Littlefield, and Chris Wooten from Hope, with guests Danny Glover and Kathy Glover (early Hopites) and Cat Phillips.

  4. Women’s Ministry Gallery Exhibit

Currently on the walls of our Gallery is the progressively-revealed Women’s Ministry art show, entitled “Women of Hope”. The show runs from mid-Aug through September, and is an evolving show, which means its content is dynamic and changing over the course of the run. Show features artists from Hope Chapel and abroad, and explores the questions of Womanhood and Hope in multi-generational experience. For more information be sure to check the Women’s Ministry blog.

  5. Sherwin Shindig- POSTPONED

Due to illness, we will need to reschedule their time at Hope. Please check back here to find the new date.

Please join us in welcoming Michael, Allison, and baby Aeden Sherwin home for a short respite. They will be sharing about God’s movement in South Africa and how He’s expanding His kingdom throughout the nations! We will serve a light lunch in the Lighthouse.

  6. Citywide Worship and Prayer at Planetshakers

Come Thursday, July 12th at 7pm for an amazing evening of worship and prayer with churches from all over Greater Austin sponsored by Austin’s Unceasing Prayer Movement (the same group we join on 3rd Fridays in covering the City of Austin in prayer).

Planetshakers will lead us in worship, and pastors, leaders, and believers from across our city will contend together for a Jesus Awakening for Greater Austin! See you on July 12th at Austin Planetshakers at 1101 Reinli St Austin, TX 78723 (former location of Austin Cornerstone Church).
