Andrew and Katie Martin are on a short visit back and will be sharing about their time serving in Cambodia. Please join us in the family room for a traditional Cambodian meal this Sunday, Jan 12. RSVP on the Realm.

WHO’LL BE THERE
Hope 101 is a relaxed time of conversation and a free meal Friday, January 24th on 6:15 PM – 8:30 PM in the Family Room. We’ll serve you dinner and then you’ll have a chance to discuss the in’s and out’s of Hope with Geno Hildebrandt (senior pastor), his wife P.J. and Matt Ryniker (associate pastor).

Please email Suzi Raines to RSVP : suzi_deanne@hotmail.com. When you reply, please indicate how many adults will be attending with you as well as any food allergies. This is not a child-friendly event, so we ask that you make arrangements for your children that evening. If you need help with the cost or finding childcare, please let us know ASAP.
Come as you are: dressed for photos in front of the tree or with the kids in pajamas. Begin a tradition with us Christmas Eve at 5:00 PM. Bring your family and friends to sing the carols and hear the story once again of when Hope came as a human and lived among us. Then stand in the darkness as the first candle is lit and see it slowly spread across the room, candle to candle. Until at last, enveloped in the glow, we remember when The Light came into the world and pierced the darkness.
Each Christmas season a group of Hopites spends weeks (on Mondays, and Saturday mornings no less) rehearsing special music for the seasonal choir worship service. Director Jennifer Boltz and our four part harmony choir will bless us with what they’ve prepared and join in leading worship with the Debbie & Jack Dorman worship team.
Come rejoice and be blessed! And bring a friend or neighbor or co-worker to enjoy the Christmas choir.
Are you new to Hope Chapel?
We want to welcome you and get to know you better! Join us for our monthly Newcomers Lunch on December 15th. We’ll be in the Den (large room upstairs) as soon as we can manage after the service ends for about an hour.

It’s the season to bless our workers, both here and abroad, by remembering them and sending gifts.
Write a note!
There will be stationary supplied in the coffee area for you to write a greeting or a blessing to a worker. HGT will collect these and mail them off.
Give a gift!
Out of the side doors of the sanctuary, under the stairs, there are ornaments you can pull off the wall and place in the envelope provided (be sure to lift them up in a quick prayer while you do this!). HGT will collect these and record the amounts after each service. Please be sure to mark the amount and your name on the envelope.
Thank you so much for thinking, praying, and giving towards our workers! We pray this season will be a blessing to you and your family, as well!
